Still feel that this company holds the monopoly on Gibraltar and that sometime there costs are too high and if you can find it cheaper, they don't either match it. It would be better that if you got a holiday with this company and can find it cheaper elsewhere and can prove it they should either match it or better it. The people at My Gibraltar are friendly and helpful but do have their hands tied with regard to price matching.

With regards to having a monopoly on travel to Gibraltar, regrettably this is far from the situation. More than ever nowadays it is a highly competitive market to Gibraltar and in this respect we are as vigilant as ever with our pricing. We are determined to remain the leader in travel to Gibraltar and this does of course mean staying highly competitive (as I believe we are) and continuing to offer the kind of service that is evidenced by this very website - i.e. 97% positive.

We would never expect customers not to shop around but that said, we would always price match any genuine like for like quote from any recognised agent.
