Any questions I've had have been responded to and dealt with very quickly. Booking was easy, payment page is great so each person staying can pay their own bill!

Due to an absence with the team our deposit records were lost and we had to chase up on a number of occasions.
We have used MyGibtaltar on a number of occasions and this experience is not up to their usual high standard.

Thank you for your feedback. Having spoken with the team members involved, however, I am a little surprised by your comments and rating of the booking process.

As you will be aware, this particular booking was highly complex with often changing requirements in terms of numbers in your group as well as with regards to our dealings with your party being taken over by one of the other members (Rich) midway throughout the process.

I do of course appreciate that not everything ran smoothly - particularly with my colleague Renata going off on long term sickness. I also appreciate that we could perhaps have asked you for the previous correspondence between yourself and Renata but I have to say (having looked extensively at the correspondence between my colleague Jessica and Rich) that it appears that Jessica ultimately handled the booking well and it seems that Rich was happy with the way that this had been done.

I also appreciate and respect your view on this, however, I do hope that the few hiccups on the way will not cloud your view of the usually excellent service that My Gibraltar provides (and is attested to by the overwhelming support that we receive on Feefo and other review sites) and that you might yet consider booking with us again in future.

My only moan is to access the airlines on line system you need to use the company's email and not your own, which I was not informed of, but was quickly rectified following an email contact.
